Carding: make the chopped glass fiber bundles into single fibers through carding machine.
Netting: condense the combed single fiber into a glass fiber net with required thickness.
Needling: price the surface fiber of glass fiber net to the bottom of net through needling machine, so that the fibers are entwined and reinforced to form a mat.
Winding: wind and pack the fiberglass needle mat through winding machine.
