Solution

Lithium Battery Protection

Lithium battery is widely used for new energy products, solar panel, EV (electric vehicle), energy storage etc. Lithium battery has a fire harzards with its high densities with the flammable organic electrolyte. Physical damage, electrical abuse, exposure to elevated temperature can cause the fire risks which lead to rapid self-heating and jet fire by its exothermic chemical reaction.   

Removable insulation jacket

Removable insulation jacket is usually made of  lining layer, middle insulation layer, outer protective layer. Because of its properties of heat insulation, disassembly, repeatability, it is widely used for thermal insulation of pipelines, equipment. Silicone/PTFE coated fiberglass fabric has excellent performance of high temperature resistance, chemical resistance, weather resistance, flexibility, tensile strength, sealing ability etc, it’s ideal material for outer protective layer. And fiberglass needled mat, ceramic blanket, steel wire reinforced fiberglass fabric, high silica fabric are commonly used as insulation layer and lining layer material because they have excellent temperature resistance, sealing and tensile properties.

Fabric expansion joint

Fabric expansion joint, also known as fabriclic expansion joint, is widely used in hot air pipe, smoke pipe, exhaust pipe etc. PTFE/silicone coated fiberglass fabric has excellent performance of high temperature resistance, chemical resistance, weather resistance, flexibility, tensile strength, sealing ability etc, which is widely use as outer layer material of fabric expansion joint. Welding blanket

Welding blanket is normally used in welding occasion which can resist spark splash, burning welding splash and avoid fire danger. Fiberglass products has good performance of high temperature resistance, abrasion resistance, flame retardant, is ideal material for welding blanket. In daily use, glass fiber loomstate fabric can be directly used as welding blanket, which is the most economical and direct welding fabric. And Coating fiberglass fabric has better performance and is more clean, is more widely used in welding field.

Fire Blanket

FRP Reinforcement

FRP, also known as fiberglass reinforced plastics, generally it refers to that make unsaturated polyester, epoxy resin, phenolic resin as the matrix, reinforced with glass fiber and glass fiber products such as glass fiber yarn, glass fiber cloth, glass fiber tape, glass fiber felt, etc. It is widely used in application of aviation, military, construction, ships, automobiles, electrical appliances, sporting goods etc, such as pipelines, boats, automobile parts etc.

Heat sealing

Fiberglass products including rope, tape, adhesive tape, sleeve are widely used for high temperature sealing as its excellent performance of high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, weather resistance, incombustible, sealing ability etc, such as sealing material of furnace doors, valves, flanges, insulation wrapping material of pipeline, insulation belt of automobile engine exhaust pipe.
