EAS offers high quality textile grade fiberglass yarn DE75, G150, G75, G37, G25 with twisted and plied, 34tex, 68tex, 136tex, 200tex, with starch and silane sizing.
Product description
Fiberglass yarn is formed from fused raw mineral materials or melt glass beads extruded through the super thin hole bushing with 3-20um monofilament after 100-1200 strands plied to single yarn 5.6tex to 9600tex. The fiberglass yarn is clarified with many characteristics.

Glass type: Fiberglass is characterized with various type by different chemical compsition which can finally own the different performance. C glass, E glass, ECR glass, S glass, AR glass, D glass etc.
Yarn type: Single yarn from initial filament BC150, DE150, DE75, G150, G75, G37, H75, H90, H37, H25 etc. They are the basic fiberglass yarn for most of fiberglass textiles.
Twisted yarn is making two or more single yarns together by S or Z direction, it can allow it for heavier textiles and higher request for mechanical properties (tensile strength, tear strength, abrasion resistance), thickness, softness etc. Fiberglass sewing thread is a high twisted fiberglass yarn by BC150 or DE75 with PTFE coated.
Single yarn has usually initial twist about 28, while direct yarn has no twist. Direct yarn is a flat yarn.
Special twist:
- Twist with stainless steel wire, cooper wire for wire reinforced fiberglass fabric
- High twist S or Z 250-380 to fiberglass sewing thread EC6 68X3, EC6 34X2X3, EC4 34X2X2, EC4 34X2X3, EC4 34X2X4
Sizing Type Paraffin Sizing: good adhesion, lubricity, stability, good textile performance, economic price P1
Silane Sizing: Good performance of drawing, twisting, assembling and weaving, It can provide fiber at high strength. T1
Starch Sizing: Easy for heat clean, mainly used for electronic cloth weaving, and also suitable for production of normal industrial products. Y1
Starch/Silane sizing: Both available for textile and good for reinforcement purpose, usually no need to do the heat clean process. T9
