Coating and Laminating

Impregnation process

  1. Make the coating material into viscose with low viscosity
  2. Make glass fiber fabric fully infiltrated with the viscose in the tank
  3. Make it cured by heating
  4. Wind to fabric roll

Slitting process

  1. Make the coating material and glass fiber fabric pass through coating knife together
  2. Make the coated fabric dry in oven dryer
  3. Wind to fabric roll

Calendering process

  1. Make the coating material calendered into thin sections through calender machine
  2. Make coating thin sections composite with fiberglass fabric by pressure
  3. Make the coated fiberglass fabric vulcanized through vulcanizing machine

Laminating process

  1. Apply high temperature adhesive composite on the surface of loomstate fabric
  2. Make adhesive fiberglass fabric and Aluminum foil hot pressing bonding through press roll
  3. Wind to fabric roll
